研究概要

この研究では, 対称関数, 古典群の指標を用いることにより, 交代符号行列,平面分割の数え上げに現れるHankel行列式の多変数化を与え, Gansnerの公式の一般化となる逆平面分割の重みつき母関数を与えた. また, Macdonald 対称関数の理論を用いて,Painleve型方程式の代数関数解に付随する特殊多項式の係数の正値性を証明した. さらに, 数理物理学との関係から Young 図形にわたる和として表される1点関数の具体的表示を与え, 特殊関数論との関係から小行列式を成分とする行列式に関する公式を発見した.
