高温超伝導体固有ジョセフソン接合における超伝導状態の不均一性とその制御の研究

研究概要

ビスマス系高温超伝導体の結晶構造に自然に存在する固有ジョセフソン接合を用い、高温超伝導体に存在する可能性のある超伝導性の空間的不均一性とその制御の可能性について検討した。キャリアドープ量が少ない不足ドープ領域では、最大ジョセフソン電流密度が極めて小さいことから、空間的な不均一性があることを示した。またその理由を示した。またドープ量を多くすることにより最大ジョセフソン電流密度を著しく大きくできることを示した。
