研究概要

本研究は、ユビキタス産業の知的財産戦略を策定するために、特定の技術に対して、特許を取得するか、トレードシークレットにとどめるか決定する分析ツールである「パテント・トレードシークレット・マッピング」(Patent Trade-Secret Mapping)の手法を確立した。
