研究実績の概要

According to the research plan, a practice on the operation of experiment equipment and devices of abrasive suspension water jet system, 3D PIV system and image analysis software was conducted. Then, pre-experiment on the flow visulization of air ventilated water jet as well as image analysis were performed. Based on experiment data obtained an improved ventilation sheath has been manufactured for the experiment of next year.

今後の研究の推進方策

The research is going to be promoted by performing the following works accruing to the research plan.
(1) Experiments of submerged cutting by ventilated ASJ under different conditions.
(2) Image analysis of cutting surface.
(3) Evaluation of the machining property of ventilated ASJ
