2. 6-month resarch stay by research assistant at Wuppertal Institute to investigate Stadtwerke management, Business model, strategy, Performance / Stadtwerke field Research (Wuppertal Stadtwerke case study); comparative analysis of international practices in public Administration to incorporate of the Concept of Public Value into public performance measurement and governance (e.g., Public Value measurement in UK, NZ, Australia, Citizen Value / Public Value Scorecard / Public Value Map in Germany), and Gommon Good Economy / Common Good Balance Sheet in Austria and Germany
3. Presented full paper on Public Value and Public Corporate Governance of Stadtwerke at Japan Association of Local Public Finance (日本地方財政学会）
