本研究では知能型精密診断装置システムに適した(1)ノイズ除去法、(2)有・無次元特徴パラメータの選出法、(3)各状態の判定基準を決定する方法、および高精度な状態傾向管理法、(4)異常種類の精密識別法、(5)遺伝的アルゴリズムなどを用いて最適な予測開始点・関数・状態傾向を求める方法を提案し、実験データおよび現場データで提案した諸手法の有効性を検証した。
