研究概要

農薬のリード化合物としての応用(殺虫剤,除草剤,抗菌剤など)が期待できる各種の生物活性天然有機化合物を主な標的として,数々の天然物の全合成に成功した。ほとんどの全合成研究が当該化合物の世界初の全合成を達成した研究である。また,立体化学が未決定であったものについてはそれらの絶対立体配置を決定した。
