研究概要

独国との国際共同研究により、間質性肺炎の人種的な差異を明らかにした。健常人の血清KL-6値は日本人より欧州人で高値であったが、特発性間質性肺炎患者では有意な差を認めなかった。欧州人においても、血清KL-6値は特発性間質性肺炎患者で高値を示し、呼吸機能検査とBALF所見と相関を認めた。網羅的発現解析の結果からは、慢性過敏性肺炎と特発性間質性肺炎の発現プロファイルは大きくことなることを明らかにした。
