研究概要

本研究は、日中韓という北東アジア主要3カ国間の地域協力の特徴と課題を、ガバナンスという概念を使って検討・分析した。環境保全、情報通信という2つの機能的分野で非国家主体を巻き込みつつ実効性の高い協力枠組みの構築がどのように進んでいるかを、日中韓3カ国の政府関係機関、ならびにNGO、業界団体に代表される非国家主体への聞き取り調査などを通して考察した。研究成果は英文論文としてまとめ上げ主要な米国国際学会の年次大会で発表した。
