研究概要

EPAに基づく看護・介護労働者の導入政策についての理論研究を行い,労働受け入れ期間のみを相手国に示し,労働者の量を内生化して最適にコントロールする政策をとることの有利性を示した。また汚染抑制産業が存在すると,外国人労働受け入れがグローバルな利益をもたらす可能性を示した。一方で失業者の存在を想定した場合には,労働者の熟練度にかかわらず,受け入れ政策が賃金格差を拡大する可能性も示した。
