研究概要

肝代謝型抗がん薬は治療域が狭いだけでなく薬物動態の個人間差異が大きい。遺伝子多型や併用薬および薬物動態などの情報を基に投与量を個別に調整する方法は、理論的に最も単純でかつ確実な方法である。京都大学大学院医学研究科・医の倫理委員会にて承認を得て、複数の臨床楽理学関連の医師主導臨床試験を行い、薬物動態の個人間差異を出来るだけ小さくするための手法の可能性を検討した。
