研究概要

本研究においてHHV-8LAMP法による迅速診断法の確立を果たし、すべてのヘルペスウイルスについてLAMP法による迅速診断法を確立した。また、検体を直接LAMP法に用いることができることを明らかにしさらなる迅速化を可能にした。VZV野生株とワクチン株の識別やHHV-6 variant特異的LAMP法など相同性の高い領域を特異的に増幅可能なことを証明した。LAMP法による定量化の試みとしてグアニン消光現象を用いたQprobeを用いて検討した。
