研究概要

半導体におけるスピン軌道相互作用は、量子情報素子を初めとする次世代エレクトロニクスの基本原理として注目を浴びている。本研究では、その基本舞台とも言えるIn_<0.53>Ga_<0.47>As/In_<0.52>Al_<0.48>As量子井戸を取り上げ、スピン干渉効果をはじめとする低温での電気伝導測定によりスピン軌道相互作用定数を定量的に決定することに成功した。
