研究概要

本研究では、胃型・腸型形質を有する胃癌に関連している遺伝子を同定することを目的とした。腸型形質の胃癌で発現している遺伝子として、HOXA10とGJP6を同定した。免疫染色を行った結果、HOXA10は52%、GJP6は22%の胃癌で発現しており、腸型形質の胃癌で染色された。特にGJP6は、ギャップ結合を構成する膜貫通蛋白質であるコネキシン30をコードする遺伝子であり、治療標的として有用である。
