研究概要

法医鑑定では, 犯罪被害者の死因のみならず, 生存時間や受傷時の苦痛・身体的行動能力などについての医学的立証が求められることがある.ヒトの死の直前における神経伝達物質の中, 特にカテコラミンの測定を中心として, 致死的外傷(侵害刺激)が中枢神経系に及ぼす急性ストレス反応を生化学的に評価し, ヒト(法医剖検例)における脳組織, 脳脊髄液および血液内に残された痕跡を分子病理学, 分子生物学および神経化学・生理学的指標を用いて多元多角的に分析した.
