研究概要

(1)アクチンを主成分とする細胞骨格ネットワーク構造の力学物性解明のため、原子間力顕微鏡(AFM)を主力とする単一分子力学実験と計算機シミュレーション融合する。
(2)細胞膜からアクチンネットワークに至る連結システムに関与する主なタンパク質間の相互作用力を単一分子レベルで測定し、計算機シミュレーションとの融合を図る。
