In 2019, I started to collect the data for this research. Before proceeding to the data collection, I contacted organizations of interest in Vietnam to ask for your agreement to participate in the study. I then contacted organizations that agreed to take part in the study to arrange the time to conduct my surveys in their settings. In July I and my research assistants to collect the data and the clean it. From December 2019 to January 2002, I continued to collect the data as the second stage. Taken together, I obtained a sample of 214 firms in Vietnam. During these times, I also met up with some researchers in Vietnam to discuss research ideas as well as data analytical techniques in order to analyze the data for this study.
From August to September 2019, I had a study trip at Aston University in the UK. I met up with some professors from Aston University and Nottingham Trent University to initiate new research ideas and consult with them about how to analyze the data and how to use theoretical insights to explain and understand my research model. During this time, I also went to Aston University Library to search for key papers, books and materials to enable me to formulate my theoretical background and hypotheses for this study.

I thought my research progresses smoothly as initially planned because I already completed my data collection, developed and finalized my research model, theoretical background and analyzed part of the collected data as I planned on the Grant Application.

| 今後の研究の推進方策 |
In 2020, I will continue to finalize the data analyses, theoretical background and hypothesis developments. Based on the results of the study, I will develop a research paper and submit it to a leading international journal. I will plan another study trip to Vietnam in order to exchange and disseminate my research findings with scholars of the same field in order that they will be able to give their feedback on my research. Based on their feedback and input, I will further refine and advance my research results and thus finalize the final version of the research papers before submitting them to relevant journals.
