| 研究実績の概要 |
1) I have developed an instrument of measurement (in Japanese) for CEO strategic attention and CEO operational attention which can be used to analyze CEO attentional patterns;
2) I have finished a paper titled "Seeing the Big Picture: CEO Strategic Attention and Firm Performance".
3) I have presented this paper at 10th International Research Meeting in Business and Management (IRMBAM), 2019 at Nice, France.
4) The paper is ready for submission to academic journals.

I have finished our data collection, data analysis, and paper writing as scheduled.

I will submit the finished paper to academic journals.
I will revise and do supplemental analyses based on reviewers' feedbacks and suggestions.

| 次年度使用額が生じた理由 |
1) I am planning to purchase additional data from a data base so that we may conduct some supplemental analyses. The data base may provide us with additional firm financial outcomes for further analyses.
2) I am also planning to visit domestically for several interviews. I am paying CEOs in Kyoto and Hokkaido for interviews with a research assistant.
3) And, the finished paper needs professional proof reading. According to the review procedure of academic journals, we may need to order a profession copy editing service 5 times. Each of the order takes about 500 USD depending on the exact length of the paper.
