| 研究実績の概要 |
1. The study aims to conceptualize and operationalize the construct of CEO strategic attention. In addition, combining the ABV and the upper echelon theory, I also offer rationale and empirical evidence suggesting that CEO strategic attention has an interactive effect with business uncertainty on firm market-based performance via top management team (TMT) heterogeneity.
2. Four studies were conducted to develop an instrument to measure CEO strategic attention. I have also collected financial performance of companies. Data analyses on the relationship between CEO strategic attention and firm performance have been done.
3. The paper has been presented at an international academic conference and a domestic academic conference. The paper is finished and submitted to academic journals.

The paper is rejected by a few journals because some journals are not ideal for its topic.
Meanwhile, there is one other team in another country submitted a paper of a similar topic slightly earlier than we do.

| 今後の研究の推進方策 |
I am reframing our research model so that we can emphasize some research contributions we have that are different from our competitors.
I am planning to submit it to other journals and get it published as soon as possible.

| 次年度使用額が生じた理由 |
1) The research will need 550,000 Yen for copyediting fees in the next fiscal year.
2) The research will need 500,000 Yen for hiring research assistants who can support it for translation work and data analyses in the next fiscal year.
