研究実績の概要 |
Based on content analyses over interview transcripts of CEOs of public listed companies in Japan, we have differentiated CEO strategic attention from operational attention and found different market-based performance influenced by these two attentional patterns. We have also found the mechanisms and boundary conditions of such influence. We have reported this research findings in several international conferences and have written a research paper which was submitted to an academic journal. To adopt to the newly developed artificial intelligent, we have recoded our data and tried to compared CEO abstract attentions vs concrete attentions. We will write a new paper based on the new analytical results too.
