研究実績の概要 |
I purchased Sony E-Paper. I completed an academic visit to Univ. of Florence and IMT Lucca and worked with Profs. Bilancini and Boncinelli to show that specific choice rules are associated with the evolution of Rawlsian selection in matching problems. The paper is almost ready to submit. I completed research visits to Univ. of Grenoble and Toulouse in France; Bar Ilan and Technion in Israel, discussing my work on hetereogeneous choice rules with Profs. Pradelski, Alger, Heller, Arieli and several other distinguished researchers. This paper has now been submitted. I work on Agency equilibrium that has now been published in the journal Games (2019). I completed work on risk attitudes and choice rules (with Heinrich Nax) that has been accepted at the journal Games and Economic Behavior.

理由
The progress has been better than expected. My results on heterogeneity in choice rules have turned out to be far beyond my expectations and could have a large effect on this field. I received excellent feedback whilst visiting universities overseas. Furthermore, the work I carried out with Prof. Nax on risk attitudes in choice rules turned out to be clearer and faster than I had anticipated, thus leading to a very rapid path to a good publication. Similarly, my work with Bilancini and Boncinelli made rapid progress, proving a kind of axiomatic result regarding choice rules that is novel in the literature.

今後の研究の推進方策 |
At the start of this fiscal year I already have all of the required equipment and IT resources to carry out the project. Consequently, all of the funding will go towards travel to help me carry out the project. Travel plans that currently exist for the coming year are: September - Monash University in Melbourne (invited by Prof. Simon Angus). I will continue to work on the aspects of the project that involve Prof. Angus. October to November - ITAM university in Mexico City (invited by Prof. Romans Pancs). I will presentmy work and discuss the project with professors at ITAM. December - University of Manchester in the United Kingdom (invited by Prof. Chris Wallace). Prof. Wallace has published everal good papers in the field of evolution so I shall discuss my works withhim.
