This research aims to raise global awareness of the pollution-related disease by clearly understanding its impact on the welfare loss of nations. I have collected data at the national and local levels essential for measuring pollution levels. I have identified appropriate responsibility for each pollution source, evaluating the success of interventions, guiding enforcement, informing civil society and the public, and assessing progress toward goals. I have incorporated new technologies, such as satellite imaging and data mining, into pollution monitoring, which can increase efficiency, expand the geographic range, and lower costs. This research pursues policy directions for the green growth of developing nations.
