研究概要

人工骨は自家骨や他家骨に比べて機能が劣るため、臨床家は不満を抱いている。高い生体適合性と生体安全性と生体分解吸収性をもつリン酸カルシウム粉体の三次元形状を制御して人工骨の造形を行う方法と、バイオマテリアルへ生理活性物質を付与して周囲の細胞の機能を制御する方法を開発して、融合することで、機能を大幅に向上させたオーダーメード型人工骨およびテトラポッド型人工骨の2種類の新規人工骨を創製した。
