研究概要

本研究は、近年拡大する地域格差の原因を研究し、それを基礎に地域間の均衡の取れた経済社会を構築することを目的としている。地域格差を生み出す原因としては、社会生活や経済面での、医療、教育あるいは雇用、イノベーションでの格差を取り上げた。これらの格差を解消するものとして情報技術(IT)に焦点を当て、さまざまな分野でのITの活用により地域格差を解消できることを示した。
