研究概要

ナノ秒及びサブナノ秒パルスパワー発生装置を開発し、 このパルスパワーを高気圧気体、液体、超臨界流体及び固体に作用させて放電プラズマを生成した。放電プラズマ或いはパルスパワーの生体や廃棄物、化学物質等との相互作用を調べ、医療、リサイクル、環境分野での新しい産業創生につながる成果を得た。さらに、パルスパワーのバイオへの作用とその応用を取り扱うバイオエレクトリクスという学問創生に寄与した。
