研究概要

人口減少は,長期的には高度成長期以来の都市問題を解決する可能性があるが,短期的には様々な軋礫を生む。既存の経済モデルは都市成長を前提とするが,縮小プロセスは成長の逆回しとはならず,動学的側面がより重視されねばならない。本研究では人口減少に伴う住宅地区の逆都市化や,財供給拠点の統廃合パターンなどの理論分析に加えて,多地域コホートモデルを作成するための小地域データや都市アメニティの推計等の実証分析を通じて,人口減少問題への多角的アプローチを試みる。
