研究概要

統合失調症や気分障害における意欲症状の脳基盤を解明するために、MRI・NIRS・MEGを用いた検討を行なった。健常者においては眠気・疲労感・幼小児期の養育・協調性が前頭前野の体積や賦活反応性と関連すること、統合失調症の前頭極部機能が機能の全体的レベル(GAF)やσ1受容体・COMT遺伝子多型と関連すること、摂食障害の前側頭部機能が臨床症状と関連すること、双極性障害ではMMNm成分の潜時延長が認められることを明らかにし、前頭葉の体積や賦活反応性が健常者や精神疾患における意欲と密接に関連することを示した。
