研究概要

この研究は,数論的に興味のある$ p$進等質空間を球関数を用いて解析し,数論的応用を図ることを目的とした.そのために, (1)等質空間上の典型的な球関数を表す式をなるべく適用範囲が広いように定式化すること, (2)具体的な空間について(1)の表示式から明示式を求め,それを基に空間の調和解析的研究をすること, (3)数論的にとして対称形式やエルミート形式の空間について,表現の局所密度など数論的量を求めることを目標として行った.もっとも重要な成果は,不分岐ユニタリ・エルミート行列の空間上の球関数を明示的にとらえ,それを用いてこの空間の解析できたことである.
