研究概要

本研究では高濃度にバナジウムを濃縮するスジキレボヤAscidia sydneiensis sameaのバナドサイトおよび体腔におけるVanabinを核とした金属タンパク質の相互作用および金属授受ネットワークの全貌を網羅的に解明することをめざして、既知のバナジウム結合タンパク質および金属輸送体について、バナドサイトから新規相互作用タンパク質を網羅的に探索するとともに、相互作用および金属の受け渡しの解析を行った。
