尿酸トランスポーター欠損マウスを用いた運動後急性腎不全の発症メカニズムの解明

研究概要

腎性低尿酸血症の合併症として、運動後急性腎不全がある。この発症機序として、活性酸素の消去能を持つ尿酸が少ないことにより活性酸素による障害をきたす虚血再灌流障害または尿中に尿酸が多く排泄されるために尿酸析出による尿細管閉塞をきたす閉塞性腎障害の関与が推定されている。今回、腎臓での尿酸再吸収に働くURAT1を欠損させたマウスと特殊飼料により尿中尿酸排泄量を増加させたマウスを用い検討した。その結果、運動後急性腎不全の原因として、活性酸素の関与が推定された。
