研究概要

これまで煩雑であった大腿骨頸部骨形態の計測を自動化するソフトウェアを開発し、都市部一般住民コホートの両股関節レントゲン写真に適用する事により、大腿骨頸部骨形態の基準値を確立した。さらに、同地域の大腿骨頸部骨折患者の両股関節レントゲン写真に適用し、一般住民と比較した結果、大腿骨骨幹部皮質骨最小幅、Femoral neck angle、Sharp angleが大腿骨頸部骨折と有意に関連していることが解明された。
