研究概要

希土類と遷移金属という二つの異なる金属種を同一錯体内に取り込んだ新規触媒系に関する基礎的性質の解明を行い、その特性を活用した様々な新規触媒的不斉反応への応用を行った。触媒的不斉ニトロマンニッヒ型反応、イソシアネートのα-付加反応などの開発に成功し、種々の光学活性含窒素ビルディングブロックの構築法を確立することに成功した。これにより医薬品合成における重要な合成素子を提供することが可能となった。
