研究概要

本研究は下記の4つの内容で構成している。
1)国内のリーダー育成プログラムの傾向を整理。環境保全管理型プログラムの検討
2)講座型リーダーシップトレーニング
3)実践活動における実地トレーニング
4)「環境保全活動リーダーのススメ」というハンドブックの執筆
