研究概要

高分子化学、界面化学を学術基盤とし、気液界面に吸着した高分子微粒子を利用する表と裏で性質の異なるコロイド結晶フィルムの創出、および構造・物性評価を通じて、界面を利用する異方性、規則性を併せ持つ材料創出法に関する基本概念を構築することを目的としている。表裏で親疎水性が異なるフィルムの作成に成功し、水相、気相に移動させるだけでフィルムの折りたたみが可能であることを見出した。
