強度間伐後の後生枝発生メカニズムの解明

研究概要

本研究で強度の列状間伐を行った46年生スギ人工林において、後生枝の発生状況の調査を行った。後生枝の約30%が間伐直後に発生したと思われる直径の小さなものであり、発生位置は約半数が生枝下高の半分以上の高い位置であった。また、寒冷紗を巻いて幹を被陰することによって、後生枝の発生を抑制できることが示唆された。
