気分障害の発症機序における選択的スプライシング異常の検討

研究概要

気分障害患者末梢白血球における主要な選択的スプライシング制御因子であるSRタンパクファミリー遺伝子群、PTB遺伝子群(PTB, nPTB)、遺伝子発現制御因子HDAC遺伝子群(HDAC1-11)についての発現量を健常群と比較検討した。その結果、気分障害患者におけるSRp20、nPTB、HDAC遺伝子群のmRNA発現量は健常群に比し有意に変化していた。これらの結果から、気分障害患者におけるnPTBやHDACを介した選択的スプライシング異常・遺伝子発現制御異常の存在が示唆された。
