研究概要

前立腺癌、乳癌などの悪性腫瘍においてサイトカインシグナル伝達制御の異常と発癌や癌細胞の増殖亢進との関係が明らかにされている。本研究では我々の研究室にて単離されたサイトカインシグナル伝達抑制分子であるSOCS分子を用いた前立腺癌細胞特異的な治療法の開発を試みた。SOCS3の遺伝子導入は前立腺癌細胞株(DU145, LNCaP)に対して優れた抗腫瘍効果を示した。また、前立腺癌特異的膜蛋白質であるPSMAを認識する抗体とナノ粒子を用いて前立腺癌細胞株移植モデルマウスにて前立腺癌特異的な薬物送達システムも開発した。
