研究課題
The project was completed successfully with the demonstration of:3-level ANPC inverter using full SiC MOS implementation and innovative hybrid GaN-SiC version; demonstration of energy optimization over a driving cycle by implementing mixed PWM strategies; demonstration of innovative Y-Inverter topology integrating voltage boost and inversion at much higher switching frequencies than conventional VSI topologies. The results follow demonstration of split-mid-point modular design and phase-shedding operation in the previous years and have equally led to numerous already published or accepted publications (2 x ECCE Asia 2023; 1 x ESREF 2023; 1 x Microelectronics Reliability) and other papers still in preparation for submission in the very near future.
