Internet podcasts: I was interviewed for “The Cabbage Patch Kids Riots,” Slate Decoder Ring Podcast Nov, 2020 and “The Complexity of Cuteness” Canadian Broadcast Corporation Ideas Podcast Nov, 2020. 理由

The Covid19 crisis has slightly delayed this project. I have been unable to travel overseas for research. I have been visiting museums and conducting fieldwork in Japan in order to overcome this difficulty.

今後の研究の推進方策

Because of Covid19, I will continue to conduct research in Japan and give presentations at online conferences until I am able to travel abroad.
So far, one conference presentation and two publications have been accepted for next year.

次年度使用額が生じた理由

I was unable to travel overseas because of Covid19. I hope to use these funds for the purpose of travel next year.

I created a website to promote this project and to announce research results.
