Project data collection and analysis continued in the 2022 academic year. The Principal Investigator published two co-authored papers, including one in a major international journal. The Co-investigators also maintained research output, including four major papers in international journals by the second Co-investigator related to vocabulary.

The progress is on track, with final results to be collected and analyzed in the 2023 academic year.

Our plans for year 4 include: 1) final data collection; and 2) write a paper of the results for submission to an international journal.

During the 2023 academic year, funds are required for the following reasons:
1) To pay for transcriptions costs related to interview data collection
2) To attend international conferences for the purpose of promoting our research
3) As an honorarium to pay participants in the study
