研究実績の概要 |
We conducted intensive literature review and in-depth interviews with Japanese employees regarding their subjective well-being at work and the sharing of their subjective well-being at their workplace. We then conducted quantitative interviews of 400 Japanese employees across the country. Based on this, we published 1 article in a peer-reviewed international journal and 3 book chapters, and presented in 3 peer-reviewed academic journals. Furthermore, we analyzed our data on 400 employees in France and are preparing to publishing our findings in a peer-review international journal.

We had hoped to publish our findings of the French survey last academic year. However, we will be able to publish our findings in the next few months.

今後の研究の推進方策 |
This year we will publish our findings of the French survey and will conduct further analysis of the Japanese data/findings. We will then conduct a comparative analysis of French and Japanese subjective well-being and the sharing of subjective well-being at work.

次年度使用額が生じた理由 |
The amount was saved for use in the academic year 2022 for a quantitative study of 400 French workers in France. The survey will be conducted in the first half of AY 2022.
