| 研究実績の概要 |
The questionnaire survey was conducted between November 2021 and February 2022. A total of 340 workers from RICOH Japan LLC and 370 workers in RICOH Vietnam LLC participated in the survey. Preliminary descriptive analysis has been done and the abstract has been submitted for the 30TH Japan-Korea-China Conference which will be held in 23 June, 2022 In Kitakyushu. I am currently writing the comprehensive survey report for two studied companies because the survey result will be used to improve the well-being of workers.For academic publication, I am analyzing the survey data to identify the factors affecting workers' presenteeism, absenteeism, job stress.

理由
Despite of challenges due to COVID-19, survey has been successfully completed with support of occupational physicians in studied companies.

| 今後の研究の推進方策 |
The analysis will be completed by end of June. Full analysis will be completed by end of June and I plan to submit 2-3 papers to the scientific journals by end of the year. In addition, we will write comprehensive survey report for 2 companies that participated in the study.

| 次年度使用額が生じた理由 |
Reasons for incurring amount to be used FY2022: There were two major budget revisions:1)Due to COVID-19, planned domestic (to Tokyo) and international (to Vietnam) trips were cancelled. 2)I intended to hire a professional survey company to handle the questionnaire surveys for RICOH Japan LLC and RICOH Vietnam LLC, but RICOH Vietnam LLC handled the entire survey process on their own. As a result, we saved the planned budget from RICOH Vietnam LLC and only used it to collect data for RICOH Japan LLC's survey. As a result, the remaining research budget will be used for the following activities by 31 March: 1) Translation cost (From English to Japanese and Vietnamese) for the comprehensive survey report to submit to RICOH Japan LLC, RICOH Vietnam LLC; 2) English editing cost of academic papers (2-3 papers); 3) Article processing charge of 2-3 papers (open access fee is around 3000-4000 USD for each publication); 4) Some necessary consumables including toner, paper, books etc; 5) Registration fee and travel fee for Japan-Korea-China conference to be held in June 2022; 6) Other travel fee, if necessary (planning to visit to RICOH Japan LLC to present the survey result.
