研究実績の概要

The purposes of this research are to propose time-based caching contracts and the corresponding pricing schemes for ICN, and to study premium peering mechanisms between multiple competing ISPs and CPs where ISPs set price for allocating bandwidth to achieve QoS. We have designed time-to-live based caching contracts and the corresponding pricing schemes. Our mechanism can make ISP easily design individualized contracts for any content to monetize its caches and CPs can account for their valuation of their contents. One conference paper has been finished.

We have progressed our research based on our initial plan.

今後の研究の推進方策

In the following year, we will design premium peering between multiple competing ISPs and CPs and research how ISPs should price their premium peering services especially under competition has not been studied yet.

次年度使用額が生じた理由

The business trips for some conferences have been cancelled for the pandemic of COVID-19.
