According to the previous results, Ni-Fe-based superalloys have been optimized by coordinating elemental compositions and heat treatment conditions. Tensile tests results show that the Ni-Fe-based alloy has excellent yield strength at 700°C, which is higher than other Ni-based/Ni-Fe-based alloys. Tensile properties are sensitively affected by the size of γ′precipitates and γ′size exists a critical size. Higher Fe content addition can decrease the γ-γ′lattice mismatch and increase the coarsening rate of γ′ precipitate due to the decrease of the activation energy of v coarsening. The deformed microstructures have been characterized and analyzed to clarify the deformation behavior and related microstructure evolution in terms of dislocation interactions with γ′ precipitates.
