1) 2D/cavity hybrids. We report on an efficient control of microcavities with specially designed photonic crystal nanobeam structures. We achieve giant wavelength shifts of the cavity mode that can cover the telecommunication E-band through L-band, by investigating various 2D material types and thickness dependence. We observe a clear quantization behavior of the wavelength shift where each step represents an effect from an additional monolayer. The in-plane dielectric constant of WSe2 is extracted which shows a thickness independent characteristic. 2) WSe2/CNT hybrids. We observe a strong interaction between trilayer WSe2 and (9,7) carbon nanotube. We find out that the exciton excited in the WSe2 transfer to the nanotube. Strong activation of k-momentum exciton is confirmed.
