研究成果の概要

1. A generic method has been developed to construct smart enzyme-loaded nanoreactors for targeting tumor metabolism.
2. As a accident discovery, nanoreactors could induce an immunostimulatory form of cell death by pyroptosis, which has the great potential to prime anti-tumor immune responses.
