研究実績の概要 |
During this year, I continued the research on the assembly of MOPs and polyoxometalate (POMs). I notably considered the influence of MOPs' purity on the performances of the assembly (Manuscript in preparation). In addition, I started a new research axis, using MOPs as versatile porous spacers to immobilize proteins (enzymes). MOPs have here two benefits: Their intrinsic porosity, and their easy surface functionalization to adjust properties for a high affinity with target enzymes. This novel immobilization matrix allows the immobilization of diverse proteins, in very mild conditions, and performances for the composites are excellent. A manuscript will be submitted very soon.
