研究概要

塗布・乾燥過程における低分子有機薄膜の形成ダイナミクスをin-situで蛍光特性を測定し明らかにした。ホール注入性やホール輸送性に関するデバイス特性を評価し、蒸着膜と同等の結果を得た。
