研究概要

中枢におけるシナプス形成の分子機構解明は、脳の発達、脳高次機能および精神疾患の理解に必須である。本研究において、シナプス後部のGluRδ2はシナプス前部のNeurexinと分泌蛋白質Cbln1を介して結合することにより小脳のシナプス形成を誘導することを明らかにした。本研究により、網羅的プロテオミクス解析とシナプス形成解析系を組み合わせることにより、シナプス形成と機能に関わる分子を探索することが可能であり、脳神経薬理学の新たな展開に貢献することが示された。
