研究概要

核内受容体型転写因子であるAd4BP/SF-1は副腎皮質における各種遺伝子の転写を通じ、細胞の分化と機能維持に重要な機能を担っている。この因子の機能を通じ細胞が分化するにあたっては、クロマチン構造の制御を通じ、機能するエンハンサーが選択ならびに変換されるはずである。本研究では副腎皮質を対象として、Ad4BP/SF-1ならびにヒストン修飾を認識する抗体を用いたクロマチン免疫沈降法と大容量シークエンスをおこなった。その結果、Ad4BP/SF-1が遺伝子近傍または内部に存在するエンハンサーに結合することで解糖系遺伝子を制御していることが明らかになった
